Course Aims:

This hands-on course is designed to teach delegates the basic principles of database reporting using Crystal Reports.  During the course participants will select and report on data from typical databases; produce reports from multiple related databases, and group & total the results in various ways.  The various presentation enhancements available, including graphics and charts will be explored.

Assumed Knowledge:

Aimed at managerial, administrative and technical users of Crystal Reports.  Delegates should be familiar with PCs, the layout of a standard keyboard, mouse and the Windows environment.
