Course Aims:

Many organisations waste time and money because projects are not well managed.  Good project management is all about getting things done efficiently and effectively, whatever the size or nature of the project.

This course provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the principles and techniques of good project management.  It also provides a solid foundation for those intending to study a project management methodology such as PRINCE2.

Teaching is delivered through a mixture of instructor led tuition, discussion groups and practical exercises.

Assumed Knowledge:

Anyone involved in planning, managing or overseeing projects that has not had any formal project management training.
