Personal Profiles

The Insights Discovery Profile is a practical personal development tool which gives you a powerful insight into yourself and others. Celebrating the uniqueness of each person, the profile illustrates how recognising and valuing differences can empower individuals, teams and entire organisations.

Using Carl G Jung’s typology, Insights Discovery® Personal profiles offer a framework for self-understanding and development. To receive the Discovery Personal Profile, you complete a 25-frame on-line evaluator and from this we compile your Personal Profile.  Each Discovery Profile contains a:

Foundation Chapter

Based on your responses to the Discovery evaluator, your Foundation Chapter of approximately twenty pages will include:

  • Personal Style
  • Interacting with others
  • Decision making
  • Strengths and possible weaknesses
  • Value to the team
  • Communication
  • Suggestions for personal development
  • The Insight wheel and colour dynamics

In addition to the core Foundation Chapter, additional chapters can include:

 

 

Management Chapter

  • Management style
  • The needs of those you manage in terms of motivation, working environment and preferred style of leadership

Personal Achievement Chapter

  • Life and time management
  • Creativity
  • Learning styles

 

Effective Selling Chapter

  • Selling and influencing at each stage of the sale

Interview Chapter

A one-page supplement providing questions to:

  • Probe and stretch the candidate
  • Raise levels of self-awareness
  • Identify areas of strength and areas for development.
