Response to Redundancy is supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the East of England Development Agency (EEDA).
Any individuals facing redundancy are eligible to receive between £500 - £1000 (including vat) towards the cost of training courses.
Response to Redundancy is a programme which offers advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to those at risk of redundancy. It gives early support to certify existing skills, and provide appropriate training to improve opportunities in the job market for when workers are made redundant.
In addition to the funding to cover training courses, Response to Redundancy can provide outplacement training workshops, which cover CV preparation, job search and interview techniques, for example.
To be eligible:
- You must be at risk or under notice of redundancy
- Have a letter from your organisation stating that you are at risk
