AVAILABLE ONLY UNTIL 20 th JULY 2008!!!
Jarrold Training can help you apply for Learning and Skills Council (L S C) funding to support the training and development of Directors and Senior Managers in your organisation.
Our “Drive” Senior Management Course, our “Forefront” Line Manager Course and our “Presence” Personal Development course have already received L S C funding. Our IT and Soft Skills courses may also qualify for L S C funding - if there is a strategic need identified within your business.
The key features of this offer are:

 Up to £1,000 available for development of Directors and Senior Management |

1. Up to £500 for the owner/senior manager/key director without any contribution from the employer |

|
2. A further £500 for the senior management team, including the original recipient, providing the employer matches the contribution. |
So you could have £1,500 worth of training for just a £500 contribution!
All organisations with between 10 and 250 people are eligible for this funding
Training can be in any subject area that will help the Director/Manager develop in their role. It could be:

- Short courses
- Guided Learning
- Formal qualifications (or contributing units)
- Group training

How it works:
| In conjunction with a qualified Skills Broker, the employer will examine the key areas of responsibility and targets for the manager(s) concerned. |
Then identify key areas in which increased skills or knowledge would have a positive impact.

The training options available can then be identified and the most suitable course of action with regard to objectives, timeframes and cost can be agreed and incorporated into a personal development plan.

The skills broker gives the “go ahead”, Jarrold Training invoice you for the full amount of training required and you pay us as a normal commercial arrangement by the 20 th July 2008.

Providing you have undertaken the two hour pre-course interview with our business coach and can provide a copy of a receipted invoice before 20 th July 2008, the skills broker will arrange for the LSC to refund you the agreed contribution.
